S Pass Holder
ICA lists S Pass holders as eligible to apply. MOM quota and salary rules concern the work pass and are not published PR approval cutoffs.
EntrePass / Business Owner
EntrePass is not separately listed in ICA’s PR eligibility table. Confirm another listed category or review the EDB Global Investor Programme if applicable.
Dependant Pass Holder
A Dependant Pass or LTVP is not itself a general PR category. Check whether a spouse, child, work-pass, student, or other listed route applies.
Existing PR → Citizenship
Pier’s citizenship service covers adult PR holders. Check the relevant ICA category, documents, household declarations, and post-approval requirements.
