Editorial policy
PIER IMMIGRATION PTE. LTD. publishes the guidance on this website. Our articles explain Singapore PR and citizenship preparation; official eligibility rules and application decisions belong to the relevant government agencies.

Primary sources for government rules
ICA is the source for permanent residence, citizenship and ICA-issued immigration facilities. MOM is the source for work-pass rules and permission to work. EDB is the source for the Global Investor Programme. We link to the relevant official pages and identify the date checked when publishing rules that can change.
A published source-review date records a check of the cited information. It does not mean that ICA or MOM reviewed, endorsed or approved our content. Check the current official checklist and e-Service instructions before acting.
Corporate editorial responsibility
PIER IMMIGRATION PTE. LTD. is responsible for selecting topics, checking drafts, publishing updates and responding to correction reports. Site guidance is organization-authored unless a verifiable contributor is expressly identified. Editorial responsibility is not transferred to a client quoted in feedback or to an agency cited as a source.
A page's modified date records a substantive content change. A source-review date is updated only when the cited material has actually been checked. Changing a layout, fixing punctuation or reusing a previously captured source does not by itself establish a new factual review.
Preparation advice and its limits
Our document and timing suggestions are advisory judgment. Optional evidence examples are not additional ICA requirements, approval criteria or a scoring system. We do not present salary bands, nationality comparisons, waiting periods or employer categories as unpublished government cutoffs.
Eligibility is separate from approval. We cannot determine an applicant's approval probability or infer ICA's individual reasoning from an outcome alone.
Examples, reviews and authorship
An illustrative example describes a preparation problem and is labelled as an example. It is not a client testimonial or evidence of an approval. Public reviews should be read at their original source; they do not establish another applicant's likely outcome.
The publisher is identified on our guides. We do not assign invented personal author names, credentials or success rates to them. A named contributor's background should be verifiable before it is published.
Corrections
To report an outdated rule, broken source or factual error, contact contact@pierimmigration.com with the page URL, the passage and the official source. We assess the cited passage, correct or qualify it where the evidence supports a change, and update the page's modified date for a substantive correction. Please do not email identity documents or application records merely to report a website correction.
If an official link moves or becomes unavailable, we look for the controlling agency page before replacing it. A missing link is not treated as proof that a rule has changed, and archived or captured material is identified as historical evidence rather than presented as a live instruction.
Commercial relationship
Pier is an independent commercial advisory firm. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by ICA. Our fee page explains the initial assessment and advisory payment terms; the scope of an engagement is agreed in writing. Government fees are separate.
