1. Overview

Pier Immigration ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains how we collect, process, disclose, and protect the information you provide through this site.

We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and arrange an advisory consultation. Please avoid submitting sensitive identifiers or financial details through website forms.

2. What We Request

When you submit our profile assessment form, we may request:

  • Full name
  • WhatsApp number or email address
  • Current pass type

We do not request sensitive identifiers (e.g. NRIC) or financial records via this site.

3. How We Handle Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

  • Respond to your profile assessment enquiry
  • Schedule and conduct advisory consultations
  • Send relevant updates related to your enquiry (not marketing)

4. Storage & Security

Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms so we can respond to your enquiry. Authorised service providers may process information on our behalf for hosting and enquiry handling. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccuracies in that information
  • Withdraw consent and request deletion of that information

To exercise these rights, email us at contact@pierimmigration.com.

7. Cookies & Measurement

When Google Analytics is configured, we load it only after you accept optional analytics. It measures page visits and actions such as opening the booking form, contacting us, and completing an assessment request. Our custom analytics events exclude your name, contact details, preparation answers, and URL query parameters.

Your consent choice is remembered in this browser. If you accept analytics, we may also remember the original page and campaign that led you to the site for up to 30 days. These details can accompany an enquiry you choose to submit so we can understand its source. Browser privacy settings may prevent this storage.

The preparation checklist and planning tool save answers on your device only when you select their optional saving control. These drafts are separate from analytics and are not submitted by those tools. Use their forget or restart controls to remove a saved draft.

You can change your analytics choice using the controls below. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from reading the site, using the preparation tools, or submitting an enquiry.
