The EntrePass is a work pass for eligible foreign entrepreneurs who want to operate a Singapore private limited company that is venture-backed or owns innovative technologies.

The applicant must have started, or intend to start, an ACRA-registered private limited company and hold at least 30% of the registered company.

A company more than 12 months old on the application date is assessed against EntrePass renewal criteria.

EntrePass is not a general pass for every small business, sole proprietorship or conventional service company.

EntrePass and Singapore PR
EntrePass is a MOM work pass for eligible entrepreneurs operating a venture-backed or innovative-technology business. ICA's public PR eligibility list names Employment Pass and S Pass holders but does not separately name EntrePass holders.
An EntrePass holder should confirm an eligible ICA category before treating the pass as a direct PR route, and check any other route that may apply, such as an eligible family or investor route.
Pass rules are not PR rules
MOM's EntrePass eligibility and renewal criteria concern the business pass. They are not a published PR scoring model, and renewal milestones do not guarantee PR approval. ICA publishes no PR salary cutoff for EntrePass holders.
Business records for a PR application
If an eligible PR category applies, ICA's checklist identifies ACRA registration and recent balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements for self-employed applicants. Business claims should be supported by these records, and MOM, ACRA, tax, financial and PR application records should agree with each other.
