What brought the client to Pier
As the first in my family to do this, I had so many questions, and Pier never made me feel silly.
03
What Pier helped with
They held my hand through every step and explained it all in plain language.
Nobody in my family had done this, so they explained it from the very beginning, as if I knew nothing, which was true. Also, they made me a simple list of every document, ticked off what was fine and flagged the two that weren't. That list is what I'd tell anyone to ask for. I didn't expect that level of detail.
This work sits within Pier's Singapore PR application service.
