What brought the client to Pier
Doing this alone with no family here, I really needed someone patient, and Pier was.
03
What Pier helped with
They built my profile, checked every file and made sure everything was in order before I submitted.
They asked about helping elderly neighbours with their phones and forms, which I'd never have thought of, and made it part of my story instead of just a list of job titles. Nobody in my family had done this, so they explained it from the very beginning, as if I knew nothing, which was true.
This work sits within Pier's Singapore PR application service.
