# Pier Immigration > Pier Immigration provides Singapore permanent residence and citizenship application support: eligibility-category checks, document reviews, preparation plans and submission guidance. ICA alone decides applications. Pier does not guarantee approval or a decision date and is not endorsed by ICA. ## Organization - Brand name: Pier Immigration - Registered business: PIER IMMIGRATION PTE. LTD., UEN 202641580N - Scope: Singapore PR and Singapore Citizenship advisory only - Office: 111 Somerset Rd, Singapore 238164 ## Core services - [Start Here](https://pierimmigration.com/start/): Pick your profile type and find the Singapore PR or citizenship guide most relevant to your situation. - [Book a Profile Assessment](https://pierimmigration.com/book-assessment/): Private review of PR or Citizenship readiness, timing, and next steps. - [PR Advisory](https://pierimmigration.com/pr-services/): Strategic advisory for Singapore Permanent Residency applications. - [Citizenship Advisory](https://pierimmigration.com/citizenship/): Readiness and timing guidance for Singapore PR holders considering Citizenship. - [Singapore Citizenship Advisor](https://pierimmigration.com/citizenship-advisor-singapore/): How to choose a Singapore citizenship advisor by eligibility coverage, document review, household responsibilities, fees, applicant control and ICA independence. - [Our Process](https://pierimmigration.com/process/): Advisory workflow from assessment through preparation and submission guidance. - [Advisory Fees](https://pierimmigration.com/fees/): The initial profile assessment is free and carries no obligation to proceed. It reviews the application category, document gaps and preparation steps, with a recommendation to apply, complete specific preparation first, or check a different route. It does not predict approval. If a client proceeds after the free assessment, Pier Immigration's advisory fee is payable only if and when ICA approves the application. If ICA rejects the application, no Pier advisory fee is owed. The engagement scope is agreed in writing before advisory work begins. The advisory amount is not published on this page. Ask for a written quotation identifying the applicants, services, advisory amount and payment deadline before deciding whether to proceed. Before agreeing to an engagement, ask for written terms covering withdrawal before a decision, reapplications after rejection, and joint family applications where only some applicants are approved. Do not assume that work on a new application is included in an earlier engagement. ICA separately charges S$100 at submission for each Singapore PR application. This government fee is independent of Pier Immigration's assessment and advisory terms. For Singapore citizenship, ICA lists S$100 per application for adult permanent residents and children of permanent residents. Citizenship certificate and identity-card fees are separate and apply on approval where required. Child application categories can have different fees; check ICA's current fee table for the category that applies. This collection is not an approval-rate measure. - [Pier Approval Collection](https://pierimmigration.com/approval-examples/): 91 redacted approval-document images from Pier's own collection covering Singapore PR, citizenship, and Employment Pass matters. The image count is not a count of unique approvals or a success rate; Pier's core advisory services remain PR and citizenship. - [Client Stories](https://pierimmigration.com/client-stories/): Featured anonymised accounts of document checks, reapplications and family preparation, with links to the full 180-story library. These describe support provided, not reasons for ICA decisions. - [Find Client Stories](https://pierimmigration.com/find-client-stories/): Find feedback by application type, history and individual or family circumstances.
